(Nasdaq: OPWV), one of the world's leading software innovators enabling revenue-generating personalized services which converge the mobile and broadband experience, today announced that revenues for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2008 were $58.0 million, compared with $63.2 million in the prior quarter ended December 31, 2007 and $62.7 million in the March quarter in the preceding year. Bookings for the quarter were $57.1 million.

On a non-GAAP basis the company reported net loss per share of $0.04, compared to net loss per share of $0.13 in the prior quarter, and net income per share of $0.02 in the September quarter in the preceding year.
